Q: "How do you do cleaning, whats involved?"

A: " First we look at the conservatory, and asses what we need to do. The stages are:

• Specific Detergent Application
• Detailed Work
• Pure Water Application
• Final Hand Cleaning

Q: "How long does it take?"

A: "It depends...on how dirty the conservatory is, and how many requirements which might be additional to our cleaning process...but, if I had to pull a number out of the bag, anywhere from one to four hours, but it really depends on what size, and how much cleaning is involved"

Q: "Do you have Insurance?"

A: " Yes we as a company have Public Liability insurance...But, we shouldnt stop there. All our equipment is replaced at the first sign of deterioration, in fact we have purchased new equipment to serve our customers as recently as March 2006! All team members are fully trained, and comply with our Health & Safety Policy."

Q: " Is it just men who do the cleaning?"

A: " No, we have women working along side the men. We do not discriminate. If you have a specific reason, we can arrange for a female to attend at the same time. But, please understand ALL team members are professional cleaners, we act, and speak with respect at all times. In addition our cleaners are periodically checked (for in house training purposes)."
